Online Research Assistant for Real Estate, Land Development & Company Research + Other

I’m looking for a detail-oriented online researcher to help with ongoing research for my land and real estate business. The work will primarily involve two types of research: Local Government & Development Research I will provide a list of cities, counties, and geographic areas. I need help finding and organizing the correct webpages related to: Planning and development Long-range planning Comprehensive plans Urban growth and expansion areas Major development projects Infrastructure and utility projects Planning commission and city council updates Development news and announcements The goal is to build an organized database of the best webpages to check regularly for updates. Building Company & Developer Research I will provide lists of home builders, land developers, and other real estate companies. I need help researching each company and identifying the people most relevant to land acquisition and development. Typical roles might include: Land Acquisition Manager Director of Land Acquisition VP of Land Land Development Manager Division President Owner / Principal Development Director Research should focus on publicly available professional information, company websites, LinkedIn, industry directories, news articles, project pages, and similar sources. For each company, I would like the researcher to organize information such as: Company name Website Geographic markets Relevant decision-makers Job title LinkedIn/profile page Company office information Publicly available business contact information Source links Notes about the company’s land/development activity I already have many of the companies and geographic areas identified. I primarily need someone who is very good at digging through the internet, finding information that is not always immediately obvious, and documenting it accurately. Ideal candidate: Excellent Google and online research skills Comfortable researching companies and professionals Very detail-oriented Good with Google Sheets Able to verify information using multiple sources Experience with real estate, construction, land development, or lead/company research is a plus Strong written English This could become an ongoing position if the work is accurate and efficient.
