The selected freelancer will: Review our existing product demonstration recordings Conduct a content audit and identify gaps or duplicated material Develop a detailed course outline and storyboard Divide longer demonstrations into concise, task-based lessons Edit videos to remove unnecessary sections, errors and long pauses Add professional titles, captions, callouts and basic PractoPal branding Write clear lesson introductions, step-by-step instructions and summaries Create realistic practice activities for system administrators Create module knowledge checks with answer explanations Develop a final scenario-based certification assessment Produce administrator checklists and quick-reference resources Build and configure the complete course within TalentLMS Configure lesson sequencing, completion requirements, assessments and certification Test the course across desktop and mobile layouts Incorporate up to two consolidated rounds of feedback Deliver all editable source files and a short course-maintenance guide Expected deliverables: Complete course architecture and storyboard Eight learning modules and one final certification module Approximately 25–35 edited microlearning videos Approximately 20–30 written learning units Knowledge checks for the relevant modules A bank of approximately 25–30 final assessment questions One practical system-administrator competency checklist Five to eight downloadable quick-reference guides Fully configured and tested TalentLMS course Editable video, graphic and document source files Course administration and maintenance handover guide The final number of videos and written units will be agreed upon following the initial content audit.
