OpenAI API and Prompt Optimization for Next.js Email MVP

We have a working MVP for an AI-powered business email platform built with Next.js, TypeScript, and the OpenAI API (currently using the GPT-4o model). The system generates personalized email content based on campaign details and recipient information, and it already demonstrates a solid end-to-end flow. However, we’re currently facing a few challenges in production use. Some API requests are inconsistent or fail intermittently, and the generated emails don’t always meet the level of polish and professionalism expected for business communication. We want to make the output more reliable, structured, and context-aware. We are looking for an experienced OpenAI and Next.js developer for a small, focused paid trial to help stabilize and improve this specific workflow. The goal is to refine prompt design, improve response handling, and ensure the system consistently produces high-quality, professional email content using the provided campaign and recipient data with GPT-4o.
