OpenStack Extended Trainer | Remote 5-Day Engagement Two contract trainers needed | New York and India–London cohorts NobleProg is seeking two experienced OpenStack trainers to deliver parallel, instructor-led cohorts for an advanced, operations-focused five-day program. Each trainer will lead one regional cohort for the full engagement and guide learners through intensive, production-oriented labs. Engagement details Remote delivery over 5 consecutive training days Tentative schedule: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM local time, including 6 instructional hours and a 1-hour lunch Two parallel cohorts: New York and India–London, with one trainer assigned to each cohort Compensation: $1,100 per training day ($5,500 total per trainer for the 5-day engagement) Instructional balance: 70% hands-on and 30% lecture Lab cadence: at least one substantive hands-on exercise each morning and afternoon What you’ll teach The course covers core and extended OpenStack administration, architecture, operations, and troubleshooting, including: Keystone, Glance, Nova, and service-catalog/API workflows Neutron networking with OVN/Open vSwitch, tenant and provider networks, routing, security, and troubleshooting Cinder/Ceph, Barbican, and Swift storage and key-management workflows Octavia load balancing and Heat orchestration High availability, capacity planning, monitoring, migrations, upgrades, Ironic, backup and recovery, and incident response Responsibilities Deliver one 6-hour instructional day to your assigned cohort on each of the 5 training days Facilitate, monitor, and troubleshoot hands-on labs in an isolated OpenStack environment using Horizon and CLI/API access Explain complex architecture and operations concepts clearly, with practical production examples Adjust pacing and coaching to learner needs while maintaining the agreed course outcomes and lab schedule Coordinate with NobleProg before delivery to confirm the final local schedule, lab readiness, and any client-specific priorities Ideal qualifications Recent production experience administering or engineering OpenStack environments Strong knowledge of Keystone, Glance, Neutron/OVN, Nova, Cinder/Ceph, Octavia, Heat, and core control-plane services Strong Linux, virtualization, networking, storage, API/CLI, and distributed-systems troubleshooting skills Proven experience delivering instructor-led technical training remotely Clear English communication and the ability to coach learners through fault isolation without simply providing answers Before you apply Please review before submitting your proposal: OpenStack Extended Trainer Brief https://docs.google.com/document/d/1SL16y9du70q_OFf474GZS34Hdy-BJeIH36ucdqLa79A/edit?usp=sharing NobleProg Trainer SOP video https://share.synthesia.io/a0788c6e-56d5-4da8-92c6-0d5c03ad6d52 How to apply Please include: Your preferred cohort: New York or India–London Your availability for a consecutive 5-day remote engagement A brief summary of your production OpenStack experience Examples of prior OpenStack or cloud-infrastructure training, especially remote delivery Relevant certifications or credentials, if applicable This is a contract training engagement.
