AI Operations Architect — Claude Agents, SOP Design, & Data Automation (Long-Term, Remote EST)

"Who are we": We are an emerging tech Hospitality company called Mythia and we are looking for sone to help us finish building our AI systems while we focus on building new mini resorts this fall. "What you'll own": Finalize the design of our operational workflows — interviewing busy team members async, mapping what actually happens, and closing the gaps Formalize workflows into clear SOPs and visual maps that anyone on the team can follow Then automate them: AI skills and agents (Claude API) on top of our documented agent architecture and ClickUp workspace Build our financial automation layer: QuickBooks integration, automated reporting, visualization, and project tracking Build toward a centralized operations OS — one place where data from all sources is integrated, visualized, and acted on Design and implement a real-time listener across our communication channels that captures information and updates our systems automatically We have a hard first milestone six weeks in. We'll be transparent about scope and priorities, but you should be someone energized by an ambitious deadline, not stressed by one. "Must-haves": Proven SOP/process documentation work — you've taken a messy real-world workflow, designed it properly, and written documentation a non-technical team actually used (you'll be asked to show this) Production experience with LLM APIs building agents/skills — Claude/Anthropic strongly preferred; MCP experience a major plus ClickUp API experience (or a comparable platform API with proof of fast ramp) Data integration experience across business systems (accounting APIs like QuickBooks a strong plus) Experience working with busy, non-technical stakeholders — extracting requirements async without endless meetings Strong JS or Python; dashboard/visualization experience; fluent written English; reliable EST availability
