Operations & Client Success Coordinator – AI & SEO Agency ($5/hr Base + Uncapped 5% Rev-Share)

About the Role We are a fast-growing AI & SEO digital marketing agency. Our business model is heavily performance-based—when our clients succeed and stay with us, everyone wins. Our agency specializes cutting edge lead generation for home service contractors in the United States. We are seeking an extraordinarily proactive, tech-savvy Operations & Client Success Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone of our agency. You will handle client communications, manage our technical team’s workflow, keep operations running smoothly, and ensure our clients stay happy long-term. Schedule & Availability (Part-Time: 20 Hours/Week) Daily Hours: 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday (20 hours total per week). Core Working Hours: Morning Block: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM EST Afternoon Block: 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM EST Coverage Expectation: During these dedicated blocks, you will monitor our communication channels (OpenPhone and WhatsApp), handle client requests, and manage active workflows. What You’ll Be Doing Client & Phone Support: Handle inbound calls (via OpenPhone) and reply to client WhatsApp messages during your daily schedule blocks. Live Demos & Client Reviews: Conduct live website demos during design phases and lead monthly 1-on-1 video status update meetings with clients. Task & Tech Management: Receive client updates and change requests, translate them into actionable dev/SEO tasks, and assign/manage them with our tech staff. Keep internal checklists updated. Billing & Admin: Securely process client card updates/payments and assist with general day-to-day administrative tasks. Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Hourly Rate: $5.00 / hour logged via Upwork (20 hours/week = ~$400/month guaranteed base). 5% Uncapped Performance Bonus: You will receive 5% of the total monthly recurring revenue for every client account under your management once that account reaches $1,500/month with us. Growth Potential: As our client roster expands and your management keeps accounts retained, your performance bonuses add onto your base pay with no cap on total earnings. Who You Are Incredibly Anticipatory: You don’t just react to problems—you spot them steps ahead, fix them before the client notices, and suggest proactive improvements. Tech-Savvy & Organized: Able to bridge the gap between non-technical clients and our technical SEO/web team.
