Summary

Ongoing Part-Time Contract | Approximately 15–25 Hours/Week to Start Juiced Productions is a marketing and technology company working primarily across music, nightlife, events, hospitality, artists, and entertainment. We're looking for a highly organized Operations & Client Success Coordinator to help become the coordination layer between our clients, founder, paid media specialists, video editors, designers, and other contractors. This is not a virtual assistant role. We're looking for someone who can take ownership of keeping clients informed, work moving, reporting consistent, and opportunities from falling through the cracks. You'll work directly with our founder initially and gradually take ownership of more of the company's day-to-day operations as trust is established. What You'll Own Client Communication You'll help make sure our clients always know what's happening and what we need from them. This includes: * Proactive client updates * Following up on requests and approvals * Collecting missing assets and information * Tracking deadlines and deliverables * Preparing for client meetings * Following up on action items * Making sure requests don't disappear Our goal is to communicate proactively rather than waiting for clients to ask for updates. Project & Contractor Coordination We work with specialists across paid media, video, design, and other areas. You'll help coordinate that network by: * Assigning and tracking work * Making sure briefs are clear * Coordinating deadlines * Following up on blockers * Tracking revisions and approvals * Keeping everyone aware of priorities * Making sure work gets completed before deadlines You do not need to personally run Meta or Google campaigns, edit videos, or design graphics. Your job is to help make sure the right people have what they need to execute successfully. Reporting & Insights You'll help ensure client reporting happens consistently and leads to action. This includes: * Coordinating recurring reports * Gathering information from specialists * Identifying important performance changes * Making sure next steps are documented * Turning recommendations into actionable tasks * Helping communicate results clearly to clients We're not interested in creating reports just to send reports. Reporting should help us answer: What happened? What does it mean? What should we do next? Client Growth & Opportunities A major part of great client success is recognizing when we can provide additional value. You'll help identify things like: * Clients needing additional creative * Video or design opportunities * Campaigns that need fresh assets * Requests falling outside an existing scope * New events or campaigns requiring additional support * Additional services that may improve results You won't be expected to become a salesperson. Your responsibility is to notice opportunities, surface them, and help coordinate execution once approved. The Environment Many of our clients operate in music, nightlife, festivals, venues, hospitality, and entertainment. That means the work doesn't always happen on a perfectly predictable Monday–Friday schedule. Events happen on weekends. Lineups change. Creative sometimes arrives late. Clients occasionally need something turned around quickly. We're not looking for someone who works 24/7. We are looking for someone who understands the nature of event-driven businesses, plans ahead whenever possible, and stays calm when priorities occasionally change. Some clients also market to a wide range of communities and audiences, including LGBTQ+ events and unconventional nightlife concepts. You should be comfortable professionally supporting the full range of our clients and their audiences. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you: * Are extremely organized * Communicate clearly and professionally * Naturally follow up without being reminded * Take ownership when something needs to get done * Enjoy bringing order to moving pieces * Can prioritize when several things are happening at once * Notice details other people miss * Are comfortable communicating with clients * Can coordinate multiple contractors and deadlines * Enjoy improving processes * Learn new software quickly * Are comfortable using AI and modern technology * Look for solutions rather than simply identifying problems We're especially interested in people who naturally think: Fluent professional English (written and spoken), with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with U.S.-based clients and contractors via email, messaging, and video calls. How can we make this work better next time?” Helpful Experience Experience in any of the following is valuable: * Marketing agencies * Client success * Account coordination * Project coordination * Creative production * Digital marketing * Paid media workflows * Music / nightlife / entertainment * Events or hospitality * Remote teams You do not need to be an expert in all of these. Organization, communication, ownership, judgment, and the ability to learn matter more. What Success Looks Like As you grow into the role: * Clients receive proactive communication * Projects stay on schedule * Contractors know what they need to deliver * Reports happen consistently * Important follow-ups don't get missed * Creative production becomes easier to scale * Opportunities to provide additional client value are identified * The founder becomes less involved in day-to-day coordination * Our systems improve as we learn Ultimately, your job is to help Juiced serve more clients and deliver more value without creating more chaos. Hours & Growth We're intentionally starting this position at approximately 15–25 hours per week on an hourly basis We believe responsibility should be earned through demonstrated performance. As Juiced grows—and as you demonstrate the ability to take ownership—we expect the role, hours, compensation, and leadership opportunities to grow with it. We're looking for someone interested in building a long-term relationship rather than simply completing a short project. How We'll Hire We're keeping the process simple: 1. Review applications. 2. Short conversation with promising candidates. 3. Small paid practical exercise with finalists. 4. Begin working together on a limited scope. 5. Expand responsibility as trust is established. We care much more about seeing how you think and operate than putting you through a long interview process. To Apply Please answer these five questions briefly: 1. Coordination Experience Tell us about a role where you coordinated clients, projects, contractors, or multiple moving deadlines. What did you personally own? 2. Client Communication Give us an example of a situation where you proactively communicated with a client or stakeholder before they had to ask for an update. 3. Problem Solving Tell us about a process that wasn't working well. What did you notice, and what did you personally do to improve it? 4. Managing Priorities Imagine it's Thursday afternoon. Several client projects are due before the weekend, a contractor is waiting for missing assets, a report is due, and a client sends a new urgent request. Briefly explain how you would approach the situation. 5. Availability What time zone are you in, approximately how many hours per week are you available, how much overlap do you have with U.S. Eastern Time, and what is your hourly rate? Please keep your answers concise. We're not looking for perfectly polished responses. We're interested in understanding how you think, communicate, prioritize, and take ownership.
