AI Operations & Content Assistant

We’re hiring a Philippines-based part-time AI Operations & Content Assistant for SiteVetted, an early-stage website compliance and auditing startup. This role is 12 hours/week (4 hours/day, 3 days/week), $9–$11 USD/hour, with at least 2 hours of overlap with US Pacific Time. Responsibilities include organizing projects and content, supporting beta-tester outreach, creating and repurposing posts, editing short videos/audio, making Canva graphics and presentations, performing basic website QA and updates, compiling analytics, and documenting SOPs. Strong written/spoken English, reliable AI use with human quality checks, Canva/CapCut or similar, Google Workspace, basic site-builder knowledge, and exceptional organization are required.
