We operate across multiple divisions including: - School athletic media services - Team and athlete services - Event and tournament media solutions - Next Play Network — a sports coverage platform - Digital platforms, client portals, and technology systems We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Operations Coordinator who can become a key part of our day-to-day execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, organization, and working across multiple platforms. Role Overview The Operations Coordinator will serve as a right-hand operational support person, helping manage tasks across administration, marketing, design, technology, client communication, and internal systems. You will work directly with the founder to take projects from idea → organization → completion. This is not a traditional administrative assistant role. We are looking for someone who can think critically, learn new platforms quickly, manage details, and confidently execute tasks independently. Core Responsibilities Administrative & Operations Support - Prepare and send client contracts, proposals, forms, and agreements - Manage document organization and company files - Assist with onboarding new clients, partners, and contractors - Send professional client and partner communications - Maintain operational checklists and workflows - Track deadlines, tasks, and deliverables Project Management - Manage and update tasks inside ClickUp - Organize projects, priorities, deadlines, and workflows - Keep projects moving forward and identify outstanding items - Assist with building repeatable processes and SOPs - Maintain company dashboards and operational tracking Canva & Design Operations - Maintain and organize Canva workspace - Update existing graphic templates - Create variations of branded templates - Organize brand assets, folders, and client-specific designs - Assist with preparing social media graphics and marketing materials Experience with sports graphics, social media design, or branding is a major plus. Website & Technology Support - Assist with updates inside Webflow - Manage website content updates - Assist with basic HTML/CSS changes - Work with existing website components and templates - Help organize website pages, assets, and content Advanced coding experience is not required, but comfort learning technical systems is important. Data & Spreadsheet Management - Maintain Excel/Google Sheets documents - Organize data and reporting - Build simple trackers and dashboards - Assist with CRM updates and lead management - Maintain accurate records across systems Client & Sales Support - Prepare materials for potential clients - Assist with lead tracking - Help organize sales pipelines - Support outreach campaigns - Maintain CRM information Platforms We Currently Use Experience with any of these platforms is valuable: - ClickUp - Canva - Webflow - Airtable - HubSpot CRM - Google Workspace - Excel / Google Sheets - Stripe - Memberstack - Cloud-based project management tools You do not need to know every platform. The ability to learn quickly is more important. Ideal Candidate You are someone who: - Is extremely organized - Pays attention to small details - Communicates professionally - Takes ownership of tasks - Can work independently without constant direction - Learns software platforms quickly - Enjoys building systems and processes - Can manage multiple priorities at once You should be comfortable saying: “I see what needs to be done, I’ll figure out the process, and I’ll get it completed.” Preferred Experience Strong candidates may have experience in: - Executive assistant roles - Operations coordination - Project management - Marketing coordination - Sports organizations - Digital agencies - Startup environments - Website management - Graphic design Hours & Long-Term Opportunity Starting engagement: - Part-time contractor position - Approximately 10-20 hours per week initially - Opportunity to grow into a larger role as Next Play expands We are looking for someone interested in a long-term relationship, not a one-off project.
