Operations Coordinator / Project Organizer for Mobile Rhythm Game

We're a small team building a mobile rhythm game to help be a gateway to create future rockstars and we're moving fast. I'm currently acting as the bottleneck — directing the team, triaging tasks, and keeping things organized — and I need to hand that off so I can focus on product and vision. What you'd do: Organize and prioritize incoming tickets/tasks Keep the team clear on what to work on next Track progress and follow up so things don't slip Translate our vision into clear, organized action items You're a great fit if you: Are highly organized and proactive Have run projects or coordinated teams before Communicate clearly and can keep people on track without hand-holding Are comfortable with task tools (Notion, Trello, etc.) Must be able to make my life WAY EASIER and FAST to respond.
