Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Coordinator to help keep SayCheeseClub running smoothly as we scale one of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer brands in the dental industry. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on solving problems, improving processes, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. You'll work directly with leadership across operations, customer experience, production, inventory, marketing, and logistics, helping coordinate day-to-day activities while identifying opportunities to automate and optimize workflows. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an exceptional communicator, highly proficient with spreadsheets and modern software tools, comfortable learning platforms like Shopify, Google Workspace, Slack, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, and isn't afraid to take ownership of projects.
