AI Operations & Executive Systems Manager

I own two U.S. companies and am seeking an AI Operations & Executive Systems Manager who is either based in the United States or available during U.S. business hours (EST). The first company is a direct-to-consumer e-commerce business using Shopify, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Slack, ChatGPT, Claude, and related tools. The second is a coaching and consulting company serving executives, business owners, and entrepreneurs, using GoHighLevel, sales-funnel technology, Klaviyo, Slack, ChatGPT, and Claude. This person will organize projects, track responsibilities and deadlines, improve team accountability, create executive reporting systems, and build AI-powered automations across both companies. Candidates must be highly tech-savvy, proactive, and experienced integrating e-commerce, CRM, funnel, communication, and AI platforms.
