Operations Manager / Chief of Staff

We're a fast-growing SaaS company in Australia. Small team, moving quickly, lots happening at once. The founder is stretched thin and needs one reliable person to bring order to the chaos and keep everything running while he focuses on growth. We're looking for an Operations Manager / Chief of Staff to be the person who keeps the whole business organised, documented, and moving. You'll own our internal systems, our task and project management, and the day-to-day operating rhythm. What you'll do Build and maintain our documentation and standard operating procedures so nothing lives only in someone's head Set up and run our task and project management in [Notion / ClickUp / Asana, your call] so our two dev projects and everything else have clear owners, deadlines, and status Run a simple weekly operating cadence: check-ins, priorities, what got done, what's blocked Bring structure and accountability to our two sales reps in the Philippines: reporting, CRM hygiene, activity tracking, and making sure they have what they need day to day (you'll work alongside a separate sales automation specialist who handles the coaching and tooling) Coordinate between the founder, developers, sales team, and outside contractors so things stop falling through the cracks Provide light executive-assistant support to the founder: inbox triage, scheduling, and chasing loose ends to done Spot risks and bottlenecks early and bring solutions, not just problems
