Operations Manager (Remote, Part-Time to Start)

We're an online education company teaching people how to build AI implementation businesses. We're growing fast and need a sharp, detail-obsessed ops person to own the systems that keep everything running — booking flows, student onboarding, funnel tech, and the dozens of small tasks that fall through the cracks when a founder is heads-down on growth. This is NOT a "figure it out as we go" role. We need someone who already lives inside marketing/ops tools and can jump in without hand-holding. Tools You Need to Already Know (or learn fast) GoHighLevel (GHL) — CRM, pipelines, automations, workflows Webflow — basic edits, publishing, form connections Calendly — booking flows, routing, reminders Typeform — form logic, integrations Zoom — webinar/meeting setup, recording management Fathom — call recording/notes, pulling action items Heartbeat — community/course platform management You don't need to be an expert in all seven on day one, but you need to be the type of person who's genuinely comfortable poking around SaaS dashboards and figuring things out without a tutorial.
