Operations Manager - AI Systems for Aesthetic Clinics (Bulgaria, Long-term)

We transform aesthetic clinics' operating model by installing and running AI growth systems inside their business that operate across the entire patient lifecycle, so the business scales without the constant involvement of the owner. We build in sequence, not all at once. The first system for every clinic is the reactivation engine, reaching out to patients who've stopped coming and bringing them back. We're hiring a founding operations manager to own delivery from contract signing through launch, run our day to day operations, and be the main point of contact for our clients. Clinic owners are usually skeptical of agencies by the time they get to us, and for good reason. They've heard big promises before. What actually earns their trust is someone who's organized, direct, and treats their business like it matters, because it does, it's usually the thing they've built their whole career around. That's the relationship you'd be responsible for. We back it with a real guarantee: every clinic we sign gets a defined return within 30 days of launch, or we refund in full. You'd be the person making sure that promise is one we can keep. We need a Bulgaria based operations manager to own delivery end to end. What you'd own Systems and operations - designing how the business runs, both internally and for each client. On the client side, that means each clinic's AI system fitting cleanly into how they already work, alongside our technical team. Internally, it means the day to day processes that let a small team without an office actually function. This isn't authority over how the Engineer or Marketer do their craft, it's the connective tissue between everyone's work. Recruiting - the two remaining specialist roles, before our first client even signs. You'd help shape the team you then run. Team coordination - 3 to 4 freelance specialists, coordinated against fixed deadlines, brought together for the first time on this project. Payment authority - every payment decision. Your sign off is what releases a specialist's payment. The client relationship - one point of contact, no handoffs. She'd know your name before she knows anyone else's on the team. Documentation - the playbook that makes client two and three faster than client one. The launch gate - including the conversations where you tell me a date needs to move, because I'd rather hear it from you than find out later. What we need You've built an operational process from nothing before, not improved one that already existed. You've run freelancers, not managed employees, and you know that's a different skill. You've been the person a business owner calls directly. 5+ years in operations, project management, or agency delivery. Startup or early-stage experience is a strong plus. Real curiosity about how AI systems actually work. You won't build them, but you'll be coordinating the people who do. The confidence to say no when it matters, to a freelancer, or to me. Compensation and terms A paid onboarding and hiring support task first, where you get familiar with the product and help us bring on the last two specialists. $1,200 monthly base once our first client signs, plus bonuses tied to client outcomes. Step up to $1,600 monthly base once we have three active clients. A clear trigger, not a vague promise. $700 bonus per client, paid each time that client hits its 30-day guarantee, up to $2,100 across the founding three. I can't give you a fixed start date yet, it depends on when our first client signs. I'll keep you updated as that firms up, and I won't leave you guessing indefinitely. After the first 60 days, either of us can end things with two weeks' notice. Anything you've earned is paid regardless. Fixed compensation, no equity.
