Operations Manager - Tutoring

Operations / Territory Lead — Remote, Part-Time → Full-Time Location: Philippines or Latin America Starting rate: $7-12/hour Starting commitment: 10–15 hours/week Growth: 20–25 hours/week as we expand, with potential to reach full-time We are building a multi-location service business and need an exceptionally organized operator who can take ownership of day-to-day execution. This is not a traditional assistant role. Your job is to make sure the business runs, launches happen on time, issues get resolved, and the owners do not need to manage individual tasks. What you will own Manage the master launch and operations board Coordinate website, CRM, advertising, recruiting, and tutoring operations Launch new service territories and help build an established playbook Track blockers and proactively resolve them Coordinate contractors and specialists Monitor leads, provider availability, customer issues, and territory readiness Ensure every territory follows the same operating standard QA systems before launch Document improvements to the playbook Identify repetitive work that should be automated Provide a concise weekly operating report Success looks like You can receive a goal such as: “Get the next four territories launch-ready.” …and independently coordinate the work, surface exceptions, and return when it is complete. We do not want someone who waits for detailed daily instructions. Ideal candidate Strong project/operations management skills Extremely organized and reliable Comfortable owning outcomes rather than individual tasks Strong written English Comfortable working with SaaS tools and learning new systems Familiarity with tools such as GoHighLevel, WordPress, Google Ads, CRMs, Zapier/n8n, or similar is helpful Comfortable managing remote contractors Able to document repeatable processes Uses AI tools naturally to work faster Initial engagement Start at 10–15 hours/week. Hours will expand as territories grow. A successful person could ultimately become the primary operator responsible in a full-time capacity.
