About Us We are a fast-growing holdings company that owns and operates multiple businesses across hospitality, restoration, logistics, and service industries. We are actively acquiring additional companies and need a true operator who can build systems, lead people, and execute at a high level. This is not an assistant role or an office manager position. We’re looking for someone who can eventually become the person who runs the day-to-day operations of our businesses while the CEO focuses on acquisitions, growth, financing, and strategy. If you’re someone who enjoys building organizations, creating systems, improving efficiency, holding leaders accountable, and solving operational problems, we’d love to talk. ⸻ Your Mission Your job is simple: Build an organization that runs without the CEO being involved in every decision. You’ll work directly with ownership to improve every department, create accountability, and build scalable systems across multiple companies. ⸻ Responsibilities Leadership * Lead department heads and managers * Hold weekly leadership meetings * Create accountability throughout the organization * Develop managers into strong leaders * Hire, mentor, and coach leadership team members * Build a high-performance culture Operations * Oversee daily operations across multiple businesses * Improve efficiency, profitability, and execution * Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Identify bottlenecks and solve operational issues * Ensure every location consistently executes at a high level * Build scalable systems as we continue to grow through acquisitions Financial Oversight * Review KPIs and financial reports * Improve labor efficiency and operational profitability * Analyze P&Ls with department leaders * Monitor budgets and operational spending * Drive continuous process improvements Project Management * Lead company-wide initiatives * Ensure projects stay on schedule * Coordinate between departments * Remove roadblocks before they become major issues Systems & Technology * Improve operational workflows * Implement automation and AI where appropriate * Optimize project management systems * Create dashboards and reporting systems * Standardize processes across all businesses ⸻ Qualifications * 7+ years of leadership experience * Experience managing multiple departments or multiple locations * Proven success building operational systems * Strong understanding of business finance and KPIs * Excellent communication and leadership skills * Able to make decisions independently * Highly organized with exceptional follow-through * Comfortable leading change and improving processes ⸻ Preferred Experience * Multi-unit hospitality or restaurant operations * Multi-company leadership * Private equity or holdings company experience * Franchise operations * EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) * ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms * Process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent) * Experience integrating newly acquired businesses ⸻ We Are Looking For Someone Who… * Thinks like an owner * Takes complete ownership of outcomes * Builds systems instead of relying on people * Solves problems before they become crises * Holds people accountable respectfully * Can lead difficult conversations * Enjoys building organizations * Is obsessed with continuous improvement ⸻ Success Looks Like Within your first 12 months, we expect you to: * Build an executive leadership team * Standardize operations across all businesses * Improve accountability throughout the organization * Increase profitability through operational improvements * Reduce the CEO’s involvement in day-to-day operations * Create scalable systems that support future acquisitions * Develop dashboards and KPIs for every department * Build a leadership culture where managers own results ⸻ To Apply Please include: 1.
