Summary

Operations & Partnerships Contractor We're looking for a resourceful, hands-on Operations & Partnerships Contractor to initially focus on sourcing and onboarding experience partners for our curated marketplace of corporate team experiences. We're a lean, fully remote company, and we already have our marketplace strategy, target cities, partner criteria, commercial terms, and application process. We need someone who can take those inputs and independently move the work forward. This is not a consulting or strategy role. We're looking for someone who is great at getting things done. What You'll Do Your initial focus will be helping us identify great potential partners and moving them from prospect → outreach → application → approval → onboarding → launch. You'll be responsible for work such as: Researching and sourcing high-quality experience providers in assigned U.S. cities Evaluating potential partners against clear criteria, particularly their suitability for corporate groups Finding the appropriate contacts and conducting outbound email outreach Following up consistently with promising prospects Maintaining an organized pipeline and making sure opportunities don't quietly stall Guiding interested vendors through our established application process Reviewing applications for completeness and preparing strong candidates for leadership review Communicating next steps to approved partners Collecting and organizing pricing, descriptions, agendas, photos, capacity, inclusions, guest requirements, and other information needed to launch their experiences Following up on missing or incomplete onboarding materials Coordinating internally to move approved experiences toward launch Providing a simple weekly update on progress, pipeline, and anything genuinely blocked We'll provide the target markets, qualification criteria, messaging, application process, commercial terms, and direction. Final partner approval, marketplace strategy, commercial exceptions, and unusual situations remain with our leadership team. We want someone who can independently execute within those parameters rather than needing step-by-step direction for every task. Who We're Looking For Your background might be in operations, partnerships, vendor sourcing, marketplace operations, business development, recruiting/sourcing, sales development, project coordination, executive support, or something else entirely. We're much more interested in how you work than whether you've previously held a specific job title. You'll likely be a great fit if you: Are an excellent internet researcher and can quickly get smart about an unfamiliar market Write clear, polished, professional emails Have strong judgment and can distinguish a genuinely promising opportunity from something that simply checks the basic boxes Are organized and persistent with follow-up Notice missing information and proactively work to get it resolved Are comfortable learning and working within established processes Know when you have enough information to move something forward independently and when something genuinely needs to be escalated Can be given an objective, figure out the steps required, and get it across the finish line Enjoy turning a somewhat messy assignment into an organized process and completed outcome This is a flexible, part-time contract role that may be especially well suited to an experienced professional looking for meaningful work without a full-time commitment. We care much more about your judgment, resourcefulness, communication, and ability to get things done than about having a perfectly matched job title on your resume. While vendor sourcing and onboarding will be the initial focus, there may also be opportunities to support other operational projects over time. We're a lean team, so we're especially interested in someone who is resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership of clearly defined projects across different areas of the business. Engagement We're initially looking for approximately 10–15 hours per week. We're starting this as a contract engagement and may continue working together longer term if it's a strong fit on both sides. The work is remote and can largely be completed flexibly, although responsiveness and strong communication during the workweek are important.
