AI Operations & Process Analyst

We are looking for a highly organized, analytical person to help run production processes involving AI, Google Sheets, documents, data, and files. Our work includes projects such as translation, transcript cleanup, meeting minutes, reporting, and content review. The processes are largely already designed, but many are still being operated manually before they are fully implemented in software. You must be able to: Understand and execute structured processes accurately Work confidently with Google Sheets, documents, files, and AI tools Track inputs, outputs, statuses, and exceptions carefully Identify problems or inconsistencies instead of blindly following instructions Perform hands-on production work while maintaining strong quality control Suggest process improvements when appropriate This is not a basic administrative role. We need someone with a business analyst / operations analyst mindset who is also willing to execute the work personally. We are looking for someone who will take the time to learn our systems. This is a part to full time work with flexibility in the schedule, but daily. Coding, scripting, automation, SQL, APIs, or other technical experience is a strong plus.
