Operations & Systems Lead (ClickUp & Automations)

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Systems Lead to elevate agency performance, optimize cross-departmental workflows, and refine operational forecasting. Rather than a pure platform administrator, we need a proactive operations practitioner who can bridge teams, remove project friction, and drive overall execution. You will leverage deep, hands-on ClickUp expertise and custom automations to give leadership clear visibility into team utilization, project profitability, and capacity planning. Core Responsibilities *Cross-Functional Alignment: Connect account management, strategy, creative, and production teams through standardized, automated operational handoffs. *Forecasting & Performance Analytics: Build and maintain leadership dashboards tracking resource utilization, project profitability, workload capacity, and project health. *Automation & Workflow Engineering: Hands-on creation and maintenance of ClickUp automations, custom fields, and task structures to eliminate administrative overhead. *Process Adoption & Training: Develop SOPs and lead interactive team training to ensure high platform adoption and operational consistency. Revised Key Requirements *3+ years in agency operations, project management systems, or operational consulting. *Demonstrated hands-on expertise building advanced ClickUp workspaces, native automations, and reporting dashboards. *Proven background in resource planning, capacity forecasting, and profitability tracking within creative or client-service environments.
