AI Operator (Berlin)

We're a global leader in polymorphic AI research and model training, building next-gen tech that bridges innovation and real-world impact. We're looking for a freelance AI Operator with native-level spoken German proficiency, based in Berlin, to deploy, configure, and optimize our AI system for enterprise clients. You'll work directly with customers to integrate our AI into their existing systems, tailor deployments to their business needs, and ensure successful adoption. You’ll be the go-to person making sure our AI is smoothly deployed into client environments, ensuring they can unlock its full potential. If you enjoy working on exciting projects, tackling technical challenges, and collaborating directly with clients, this role is for you. 🔧 What You’ll Do Integrate AI systems into client platforms, applications, and workflows. Configure, test, and optimize setups to match client requirements. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide quick solutions. Document processes clearly and train client teams. Collaborate with both clients and internal AI engineers to ensure success. ✅ What We’re Looking For Hands-on experience in AI integration, APIs, or software deployment. Proficiency in Python is a plus. Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability. Excellent communication skills, as you will often serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams. Native-level spoken German proficiency (required), with the ability to participate in Zoom calls and discussions. Must be based in Berlin, preferably near Tiergarten, and willing to visit our client's office occasionally. Availability of at least 20 hours per week. 💡 Why Join Us?
