Operator / Right-Hand

I'm looking for someone smart, hungry, low-ego, and willing to work hard. Someone who wants to learn how businesses are actually built, and eventually take ownership of them. We're a small, growing company working across M&A, acquisitions, deal sourcing, sales, marketing, and operations. You'll wear a lot of hats. Your day might include: - Calling and following up with leads - Taking initial sales calls - Managing the pipeline - Speaking with clients and business owners - Supporting deal sourcing and acquisitions - Handling contracts, invoices and onboarding - Managing LinkedIn and email conversations - Building and improving processes - Solving whatever problem needs solving You don't need an MBA or 10 years of experience. You need to be: - Hard-working - Reliable - Resourceful - Coachable - Detail-oriented - Low-ego - Comfortable figuring things out - Hungry to grow I'm not looking for someone who needs every task explained. I'm looking for someone who sees something that needs to be done and gets it done. The long-term opportunity is much bigger than the initial role. If you perform, earn trust, and take ownership, you'll get more responsibility and become increasingly involved in the business. The goal is to find someone who could eventually become my right hand. Initial compensation will grow over time according to your contibution and the value you add to the business. This isn't for someone looking for a comfortable 9–5 with a narrow job description. It's for someone who wants to learn, work hard, grow quickly, and have a front-row seat to building companies.
