Oracle POS Deployment Specialist (Remote Contract, 4-6 Months)

We are seeking experienced Oracle POS professionals to support an upcoming POS release deployment project for a US-based retail/hospitality operation. Project Overview: 100% remote Must be available during US business hours 40 hours/week (full-time contract engagement) Duration: 4–6 months (with possibility of extension) Rate: USD $15–$20/hour, based on experience What You'll Do: Support the deployment of Oracle POS software releases across production environments Provide hands-on technical troubleshooting during and after deployment Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth rollout with minimal downtime Document issues, resolutions, and deployment procedures Requirements: Hands-on experience with Oracle POS (Oracle MICROS Simphony, Oracle Retail, or similar Oracle POS platforms) Proven experience deploying POS software releases in live production environments Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven deployment environment Excellent spoken and written English is essential — you will be communicating directly with US-based teams and stakeholders daily Retail or hospitality POS experience is a strong plus Reliable internet connection and a quiet home-office setup for calls Availability: Must be able to commit to full-time hours (40 hrs/week) aligned with US business hours for the full duration of the contract.
