Organic Growth Manager

We're launching an AI product and are looking for someone who knows how to grow brands organically. This isn't a traditional social media role. We're looking for someone who understands internet culture, knows where conversations are happening, and can help introduce our brand to the right audiences in authentic ways. ### What You'll Do * Build and execute our organic growth strategy. * Engage with relevant communities across social platforms. * Identify trends, conversations, and opportunities for the brand. * Build relationships with creators, founders, and industry voices. * Work closely with our content strategist, video producer, and design team to maximize the reach of our content. * Track growth, engagement, and community sentiment. ### What We're Looking For * Experience growing brands through organic marketing. * Excellent written communication skills. * Deep understanding of platforms like X, Reddit, LinkedIn, Discord, TikTok, and emerging communities. * Strong instincts for online culture and digital trends. * Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership. ### Bonus * Experience with startups or SaaS. * Familiarity with SEO and AI search. * Experience building engaged online communities.
