Please feel free to read more about us online. The Role: Build Our Organic Marketing Department We are hiring an ambitious marketer to build our organic content department from the ground up. You will not just be waiting for a list of tasks; you will own the entire organic strategy to drive inbound leads. The goal is to turn AppealsDr into a recognized authority and thought leader in the Amazon space to drive consistent, organic inbound traffic. Your main responsibility is to act as our internal "Company Detective." You will hunt for compelling content hidden inside our daily operations by reviewing recorded sales calls, Slack chats, and Salesforce data. Once you find these real customer stories and wins, you will: Turn them into daily short-form videos and social media posts. Compile the best topics into a clear outline for our CEO. Direct the CEO during a weekly 1-hour filming block to record high-converting video clips based on your ideas. You own the entire process—from finding the idea hidden in our CRM, to posting the final edited video on social media. Core Responsibilities 1. Own the Department & Build the Systems Build the Engine: Don't just do tasks—create the actual systems, content calendars, and workflows that allow us to publish content consistently without bottlenecks. Bring the Strategy: Don't wait for instructions. Come to leadership with fresh ideas, new video formats, and proactive strategies. Track the Data: Monitor views, retention, and engagement. Figure out exactly why a post succeeded or failed, and adjust your approach immediately based on those numbers. 2. Find Content Ideas & Direct Leadership Be the Detective: Do the unglamorous work of digging through call transcripts, Slack chats, and raw data to find gold. You must be able to spot great marketing stories where others just see boring data. Direct the CEO: Turn those content ideas into simple video scripts. Confidently run the CEO’s weekly 1-hour filming block to record punchy, high-converting clips. Write, Edit & Publish Daily: Edit short-form videos and write engaging text posts every day across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. Publish one long-form video on YouTube each week. 3. Amazon Ecosystem & Seller Central Fluency Learn the Industry: Schedule training sessions with our tech team to master the Amazon landscape and understand exactly how sellers run their businesses day-to-day. Master Seller Central: Get completely comfortable navigating the backend of Amazon Seller Central accounts so you know what every metric and score actually means. Understand the Pain Points: Deeply learn our services, the industry jargon, and the exact problems Amazon sellers are facing. 4. Organize Content for the Sales Team Build the Proof Vault: Keep all video clips, case studies, and testimonials neatly organized and tagged in Google Drive by topic. Support Sales: Make sure the sales team can instantly find the exact customer success stories they need when talking to new prospects. 5. Community Engagement & Lead Escalation Engage Daily: Monitor all social channels and reply quickly to comments and direct messages. Distribute Content: Share our best posts inside relevant Facebook groups, Reddit threads, WhatsApp chats, and LinkedIn communities. Escalate Hot Leads: Immediately alert the sales team when a comment or DM looks like an urgent, high-intent lead. Required Experience & Skills Proven Growth: You have a track record of actually growing organic audiences on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. Platform Mastery: You deeply understand the algorithms, culture, and native features of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn. Editorial Eye: You can watch a long video, instantly spot the most engaging moments, and know exactly how to cut them for social media. AI-Forward: You actively use AI tools to work faster, write better, and speed up your workflow. Editing Skills: Hands-on experience editing videos and graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Canva. Copywriting: You know how to write sharp hooks, engaging social posts, and video scripts that get people to take action. Tech Savvy: You are completely comfortable working inside CRMs (Salesforce), Slack, and Google Drive. Fluent English: Excellent spoken and written English. Ideal Candidate Mindset Extreme Ownership: You figure things out independently. You don't wait for instructions, need hand-holding, or ask for permission to solve a problem. Unintimidated: You are comfortable messaging anyone in the company to get the answers you need, and confident enough to direct the CEO and keep them on schedule during filming sessions. Curious & Adaptable: You are eager to learn the technical side of the business, like how to navigate the backend of Amazon seller accounts. Data-Driven: You actually care about the numbers. You track performance every week and tweak your strategy to optimize content performance based on what the data tells you. Results (What Success Looks Like) Consistent Output: 100% on-time daily posting across all social channels. Prepared Briefs: The CEO gets a fully prepped topic brief before every filming session so he never has to brainstorm ideas himself. Organized Proof Vault: A perfectly organized Google Drive full of customer wins and screenshots, instantly ready for the sales team to use. Measurable Growth: Consistent month-over-month increases in engagement, video retention, and inbound leads. Compensation & Benefits Role & Location: Full-Time or Part-Time (based on your availability) | 100% Remote during US EST business hours. Pay Rate: Monthly salary or hourly rate (depending on full-time vs. part-time status), based on your experience and skill level. Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses tied directly to the results you generate. Growth & Learning: Direct mentorship and a paid budget for approved marketing courses and books.
