Job Title: Organic Growth Marketer Type: Full-Time | Remote | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST About Us Appeals Doctor is a fast-growing, Florida-based company that helps Amazon sellers resolve account issues, protect their stores, and scale their businesses. We support sellers across the globe with fast, reliable, and expert solutions. Our team values strong communication, efficiency, and real results. We believe that great people build great companies, which is why we invest heavily in ongoing training, professional growth, and a positive remote work culture. Please feel free to read more about us online. The Role: Build and Own This Department We are hiring an ambitious marketer to build and manage our organic content department from the ground up. We are not looking for someone who simply waits for a list of tasks. We want a proactive self-starter who will take absolute ownership of this department, build the necessary systems, and bring fresh strategies directly to company leadership. In this role, you will serve as our internal "Company Detective." Your main job is to uncover compelling content hidden within our daily operations. You will study the entire customer journey—from the moment a lead enters our pipeline to the final resolution of their case. You will analyze recorded sales calls, review internal Slack chats, check client success folders, and study CRM data in Salesforce. You will turn raw operational data into public case studies, manage daily short-form social publishing, and direct our CEO during a weekly 1-hour filming block to extract high-converting video clips. You own the entire pipeline from discovery to distribution. Core Responsibilities 1. Department Ownership & System Building Build the Engine: You don't just execute tasks—you build the systems that make the department run. You naturally create standard operating procedures (SOPs), content calendars, and smooth approval workflows. Drive Strategy: Bring new ideas, creative formats, and proactive strategy suggestions to leadership rather than waiting for direction. Track & Improve Metrics: Consistently track post analytics, video retention, views, and engagement. Look at performance data objectively to figure out why a post succeeded or failed, and adjust your approach immediately. 2. Content Mining & Directing Leadership High Resourcefulness (The Detective Trait): Demonstrates an innate curiosity and a willingness to do the unglamorous work of sifting through raw data, call transcripts, and Slack chats to find gold. You see stories where others only see plain data. Direct the CEO: Translate client wins and complex industry topics into actionable video scripts. Confidently direct the CEO during his weekly filming block to extract punchy, high-converting video clips. Daily Multi-Channel Publishing: Edit and publish short-form videos daily across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, along with weekly long-form videos on YouTube. 3. Amazon Ecosystem & Seller Central Fluency Learn the Industry: Schedule ongoing training sessions with our technical team to master the Amazon seller landscape and understand how these businesses operate day-to-day. Platform Mastery: Become completely comfortable navigating the backend of Amazon Seller Central accounts so you understand what each section, metric, and score represents. Service Knowledge: Build a deep understanding of our core services, industry jargon, and the specific pain points Amazon sellers face. 4. Digital Asset Management & Sales Support Strategic Tagging: Organize and tag all video clips and testimonials in Google Drive by topic. Ensure the sales team always has instant access to avatar-specific proof when pitching prospects. 5. Community Engagement & Lead Escalation Active Moderation: Monitor all social media channels daily, responding quickly and helpfully to comments and direct messages. Guerrilla Distribution: Share our top-performing content natively inside relevant Facebook groups, Reddit threads, WhatsApp chats, and LinkedIn communities. Hot Lead Escalation: Immediately notify the sales team whenever an incoming DM or comment signals an urgent, high-intent lead. Required Experience & Skills Proven Platform Growth: Demonstrated experience growing organic audiences across LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. Deep Platform Fluency: Deep platform fluency across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook TikTok, X, and emerging formats, with a clear understanding of distribution mechanics and platform culture. Strong Editorial Judgment: Strong editorial judgment. You can consistently identify high-retention moments within long-form content and understand why they will perform on specific platforms. AI-Forward Operator: AI-forward operator who actively integrates AI into creative and production workflows to increase speed, output, and iteration. Management Experience: Demonstrated experience managing at least one direct report and owning performance outcomes. Editing Proficiency: Hands-on experience with video and graphic design platforms, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Canva. Direct-Response Copywriting: Strong ability to write engaging hooks, written posts, and video scripts that drive audience action. Technical & System Skills: Experience working within CRMs (Salesforce), team chat (Slack), Google Sheets, and cloud drive structures. Fluent English: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ideal Candidate Mindset High Agency & Extreme Ownership: You are self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of solving problems independently without needing hand-holding. Unintimidated & Direct: Comfortable reaching out to anyone in the company for advice or technical verification, and confident enough to keep executive leadership on track during filming sessions. Adaptable & Curious: Eager to learn new tools and technical skills, such as navigating Amazon seller account backends. Data-Driven: Focused on tracking performance metrics and constantly looking for ways to optimize content performance week over week. Results (What Success Looks Like) Consistent Output: 100% on-time execution of the daily posting matrix across all primary social channels. Self-Sustaining Briefs: The CEO receives a fully prepared "Weekly Content Brief" prior to every filming session without needing to generate topics himself. Organized Proof Vault: A clean, searchable Google Drive library of customer success stories and screenshots, categorized by seller type for immediate sales team use. Data-Driven Growth: Month-over-month increases in audience engagement, video retention, and inbound inquiries. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:(commensurate with experience). The salary range may be inclusive of several levels that would be applicable to the position. Final salary will be based on a number of factors including level, relevant prior experience, skills, and expertise.
