Organic Growth & Social Manager

Looking for a social media manager to grow our Instagram and socials from scratch. We're a young brand and we're starting completely from zero. No followers, no history. Clean slate. We need someone who's good at building a following out of nothing in a competitive space, and who can actually turn that following into leads for us — not just likes. What you'd actually be doing: - Running our Instagram — strategy, content, posting, the lot - Creating (or briefing) reels, carousels, posts — whatever gets traction - Growing real engagement and community, not just follower count - Turning that audience into demo bookings (that's our main goal) - Keeping an eye on what's working and doing more of it What we're after: - You've grown an Instagram page from a standing start before, ideally in a niche/competitive space - You get healthcare, professional services, or B2B — or you're quick to pick it up - Good instincts for content and copy (we'll give you our brand voice guide) - You can read the numbers, not just post and pray - Bonus if you've worked with early-stage or founder-led brands before Ongoing work if it's a good fit — happy to start smaller and scale up If you're keen, send through examples of pages you've grown from nothing, plus a quick note on how you'd tackle the first 90 days.
