Organic Social Media & Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a part-time Growth Marketing Specialist to manage organic social media and email marketing for a brand in psychology, education, and professional services. The most important goal of this role is measurable growth. We are not looking only for someone to publish content. The specialist should help increase audience reach, followers, engagement, website traffic, event registrations, inquiries, and potential customers. Responsibilities include planning content for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn; creating posts, carousels, Stories, and Reels; writing captions and calls to action; repurposing expert content; creating or sourcing suitable visual and video materials; and preparing newsletters and email campaigns. The specialist should regularly review results, identify what is working, test new approaches, and suggest practical actions that can lead to continued growth. Strong Armenian and English are required. Experience with growth marketing and psychology, education, healthcare, or professional-services marketing is an advantage.
