Organic social from zero — home services (HVAC + plumbing), multiple markets
Worldwide
We're a home services company running HVAC and plumbing in a few U.S. markets. Paid is already covered — we have a specialist on Google and Meta. Organic is the part nobody has owned, and you can tell. The accounts are close to empty. That's the job. Build it from nothing and make it bring in work. Here's what you'd actually be walking into. Our techs are good at their jobs and have zero interest in being on camera. The office managers are busy. Nobody here thinks in hooks or captions or posting cadence. So if your system depends on everyone caring about marketing as much as you do, it dies in week two. The person who wins this role is the one who can hand a tech a card that says "film this, twenty seconds, hold the phone sideways" and actually get the clip back on Tuesday. What you'd own Facebook and Instagram for the residential side. LinkedIn for commercial, where the buyer is a property manager or a facility director and the content looks more like case studies than tips. Email campaigns that line up with whatever we're pushing that month. A weekly calendar that stays a week ahead instead of a day. And the SOPs that make all of it repeatable by people who don't work in marketing. You'd report to someone on our management team. Everything runs in ClickUp. Non-negotiable: Nano Banana 2 You need to be genuinely good with Nano Banana 2 — Google's image model. Not "I've watched a demo." Good. A lot of what we need is graphics and image work turned out fast and on brand, and I'm not interested in waiting two weeks for one post. If you've already built a workflow around it, say so. That moves you to the top of the pile. Alongside that: you've grown multiple social accounts before, ideally for a service business — HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, restoration, anything close. Residential and commercial both. If your whole portfolio is e-commerce or SaaS, this probably isn't the right fit. What you get Real autonomy. You own the channel, you're not executing someone else's plan. We decide fast — no committee, no six-week approval cycle. Bring an idea Monday, run it Wednesday. Contract to start, and if it's working I'd rather keep someone long term than rebuild this every six months. Rate is open. Hourly or monthly, whichever you prefer — tell me what you need and we'll talk. What 90 days looks like First week, you bring us a 90-day plan. By day 90, content is going out consistently across every account, it looks good enough that I'd be happy sending a customer to the page, and there's real engagement behind it. Comments, saves, DMs, calls. Not bought followers. To apply Three things. Skip the cover letter. Links to accounts you've grown. Tell me where they started and where they ended up. Two or three pieces you made with Nano Banana 2, plus a sentence on how you made them. Your rate and how many hours a week you can commit. No test project, no spec work. Just show me what you've already done.
