Organize and Categorize Media Archives

Organize our pictures and videos to make it easier to store and access the best content for any need. Categorize by event type, date, and content, and select the best photos of each type for maximum impact. Create clear instructions for our team so they can keep new content as organized as the historical archives you have cleaned up. The goal is to improve accessibility, consistency, and long-term usability of our media library. Identify the best photos from each event and create a way to separate them from the photos that are not as good Find a way to categorize/tag the photos to make it easy to access a specific type of photo for any need. Categories such as: Corporate Packing Events Community Events Speaking Engagements Kids Helping Kids Community Buddy Activity Schools Food Facility & Operations We still want the content to be attributed to its originating event Share all photo albums with all employees so they can access them Create instructions for how to add pictures and videos in the future, and how to share new content with the rest of the company We use Google Workspace. Content currently lives on our Google Drive and some in Google Photos. Open to other cost-effective platforms for content management, as long as it would seamlessly integrate with existing systems as needed and facilitates easy uploading from employee devices.
