Original Graphic Designer / Art Director for Fashion-Led Prints and Posters

We are looking for a highly creative graphic designer or junior art director to develop original visual designs for apparel, posters, events and concept-driven brands. Our aesthetic is: • Modern and fashion-led • European/Nordic • Minimal, but not boring • Simple, yet distinctive • Cool, refined and sophisticated • Strong in typography, composition and visual storytelling We are not looking for ordinary print-on-demand designs or illustrations assembled from downloadable vectors. Every design must be developed specifically for our project. NOT ACCEPTED: • Stock vectors or clip art • Canva or ready-made templates • Purchased graphic packs • Recycled designs previously created for other clients • Generic marketplace-style T-shirt graphics • AI-generated artwork unless specifically discussed and approved • Copies or close imitations of existing brands We are interested in designers who can begin with an idea, word, biblical symbol or concept and transform it into an original visual identity or graphic composition. The work may include: • Original apparel graphics • Typographic prints • Fashion-style posters • Event campaign visuals • Custom symbols and graphic elements • Editorial-style compositions • Print-ready artwork and production files The ideal designer understands fashion, culture, editorial design and contemporary visual communication. We appreciate Nordic restraint, intelligent typography and designs that feel timeless rather than trend-generated. PORTFOLIO REQUIREMENT Please send five examples that best demonstrate your original thinking. We are especially interested in: • Original poster design • Custom typography or lettering • Fashion or apparel graphics • Editorial design • Visual identity systems • Work developed from an original concept For each example, briefly explain: What was the original idea? Which elements did you personally create? Were any stock, AI-generated or pre-made assets used? Please do not send a general portfolio containing hundreds of unrelated designs. DELIVERABLES The selected designer must provide: • Original concepts and sketches • Fully editable AI, PSD or INDD source files • Print-ready PDF files • High-resolution PNG files • Font and asset licensing information • Exclusive commercial rights to the final approved artwork We are looking for a designer for an ongoing creative collaboration—not simply someone to execute isolated instructions.
