Outbound Appointment Setter, US Home Services (Native-Level English Required)

(salary depends on level of experience) We generate homeowner leads for US home services contractors through Facebook ads. Your job is to call those leads fast, qualify them, and book an in-home appointment with a contractor. These are warm leads. The homeowner filled out a form minutes ago. This is not cold calling. The work: Call every new lead within five minutes of it hitting the system. Speed is the single biggest driver of your results. Qualify the homeowner: correct service (roofing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, pool service, or water restoration), homeowner not renter, inside our service area, real timeline, decision maker present Book a specific appointment slot, offering two time choices rather than asking when works for them Confirm the appointment by SMS immediately and again the day before Log every disposition accurately in GoHighLevel Work a seven-day, six to eight touch cadence on leads you cannot reach on the first attempt Requirements: Native or near-native English. This is a hard requirement. Homeowners hang up on accents they have to work at, and we will screen for this before anything else. Prior outbound phone experience with US consumers, ideally home services, solar, insurance, or similar Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a quality headset. No cafes, no shared rooms. Available during US business hours (specify which US time zone you can cover) Comfortable being recorded and coached from your own call recordings every week Compensation: hourly base plus a bonus for every appointment that is actually held and qualified. Tell us the hourly rate you want. Strong performers get the rate raised in month two. How to apply (this is the filter, and I would enforce it ruthlessly): attach a recorded voice sample, one to two minutes, in which you (a) introduce yourself and (b) read this exact script: "Hi, is this Sarah? This is Mike calling from the roofing team, you just submitted a request about storm damage on your roof. I have got about thirty seconds of questions and then I can get someone out to you.
