We're building a modern sales organization and are looking for an ambitious Business Development Specialist to add our outbound team. If you're someone who enjoys creating opportunities, loves talking to business owners, and wants to grow with a company - not just work for one - we'd love to meet you. ##Your responsibility is simple: #Generate qualified discovery appointments with business owners. #You are not expected to provide tax advice or close deals. #Your focus is creating conversations that lead to opportunities. #You'll prospect through: Cold calling Cold email LinkedIn outreach Follow-up campaigns CRM management ##Who We're Looking For #We're looking for someone who is: - Fluent in spoken and written English - Comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners - Confident making outbound calls every day - Highly organized and disciplined - Coachable and eager to improve - Competitive and performance-driven - Reliable with strong internet and a professional work environment - Experience Preferred - B2B outbound sales - Cold calling - Appointment setting - Business development - Selling professional services, SaaS, payroll, accounting, financial services, consulting, or similar industries - Daily Responsibilities - Generate outbound opportunities through multiple channels - Make high-volume outbound calls - Send personalized cold emails - Conduct LinkedIn outreach - Follow up consistently - Qualify prospects using our framework - Schedule qualified discovery calls - Maintain accurate CRM records - Participate in coaching and weekly performance reviews - Performance Expectations #Success is measured by activity and qualified appointments, not hours worked. #Competitive weekly base pay (based on experience). #Performance Bonuses Up to $15 USD for every qualified appointment that attends the scheduled discovery call. $50 USD bonus for every client that signs and becomes a paying customer. #High performers will have opportunities for increased compensation, additional responsibilities, and future leadership roles as we grow. ##What Makes This Opportunity Different - We're not hiring someone to read a script. - We're looking for someone who wants to help build a world-class outbound sales engine.
