Outbound Caller for Web Design Studio · US Native Phone Voice · Base + Commission

We're a small web design studio. We build and host websites for local businesses on a simple monthly plan, and we're looking for one outbound caller to reach business owners by phone. This is not a lead-generation or appointment-setting job, and it isn't a script-reading job. You'll be calling small business owners with something specific and concrete already prepared for them. Your job is to get past whoever answers, get the owner on the line, get them to look at what we've prepared while you're still on the phone, and either close it there or book a real callback. We'll train you on exactly how, and you'll have a call card with the openers, the branches and the objections already written. What we give you: - A queue of leads with everything you need on the card, so no research and no list-building. - A dashboard to pull leads and log outcomes in just a few clicks. - A real product at a low price point that people say yes to. What we need from you: - A neutral North American accent and very clear phone English. - Comfortable dialling 20-25 times an hour. - Genuinely fine with rejection, and able to stay warm on following calls. - Someone who logs their work. - Reliable US business-hours availability, M-F Pay: $14-20/hr base, plus $50 for every sale once that customer's second month bills. We pay commission on the second month rather than the first on purpose: we'd rather you sell people who stay than push anyone onto a card. To Apply: please answer the questions below.
