Outbound Outreach Messaging Assistant — 200 Messages Daily

We are hiring a reliable outreach assistant to send 200 prospect text messages every workday on our behalf. This is a simple, repeatable long-term task for someone who follows instructions carefully and works consistently. WHAT WE PROVIDE • Exact outreach scripts and message templates • CRM and dialer/messaging tools • Clear SOPs, training, and prospect instructions • Support when questions come up YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Send 200 messages per day using our approved script and systems • Follow the SOP exactly and personalize only where instructed • Record every message and outcome accurately in the CRM • Prevent duplicate or incorrect outreach • Flag replies and follow our escalation instructions • Submit a short daily completion report • Respect opt-out requests and all applicable outreach rules COMPENSATION • $20 for each verified batch of 200 correctly sent messages • $100 for each verified 1,000 messages • The Upwork project will use $20 milestones for every approved 200-message batch This is performance-based fixed-price work, not hourly pay. Only messages sent correctly according to the SOP and recorded in the CRM will count. WHO SHOULD APPLY • Dependable and available every workday • Detail-oriented and comfortable with repetitive work • Able to follow written SOPs without constant supervision • Comfortable using a CRM and messaging/dialer tools • Good written English and responsive communication • Stable internet connection This role can continue long term for someone who consistently completes accurate, compliant work on time.
