We are hiring a confident and reliable Outbound Phone Caller / Market Research Representative to contact adult novelty stores throughout the United States and Canada. This is a long-term opportunity for the right person. Your job will be to call retail stores using our CRM/dialer system, speak with store clerks or employees, ask a short list of questions, and accurately record their answers in our CRM. These are primarily market research calls — not traditional sales calls. What You Will Do * Make outbound calls to adult novelty stores throughout the U.S. and Canada. * Speak directly with store clerks and employees. * Ask specific questions provided by our company. * Find out whether stores carry certain products and brands. * Ask about product availability, pricing, competing products, and other information when instructed. * Record all answers and information accurately in our CRM. * Leave detailed notes about each conversation. * Properly categorize completed calls, callbacks, no answers, disconnected numbers, etc. * Meet daily and weekly call-volume expectations. Who We Want We want someone who is confident on the phone and sounds natural. Fluent spoken English is mandatory. You should be able to have a normal conversation with someone in the United States or Canada without struggling to understand them or be understood. We DO NOT want someone who sounds robotic or simply reads questions word-for-word from a script. Previous experience in any of the following is a major plus: * Outbound calling * Cold calling * Call centers * Market research * Telemarketing * Lead generation * Customer service * CRM/dialer systems You must also have: * Reliable high-speed internet * A quality headset/microphone * A quiet working environment * Strong attention to detail * Good data-entry skills * Ability to follow instructions * Comfort speaking with businesses in the adult novelty/sexual wellness industry What We Provide We provide: * CRM/dialer system * Store/contact database * Questions and calling guidelines * Training * Instructions for recording call results You will not need to find the stores yourself unless specifically instructed. Long-Term Opportunity We are not looking for someone to make a few calls for a couple of days. We are looking for a dependable person who can become part of our ongoing market research operation and consistently produce accurate results.
