Outbound Sales & Lead Generation Specialist

You'll own the full outbound motion — prospecting, qualifying, and converting leads through SMS, email, and phone outreach. You'll build and manage pipelines, follow up persistently, and use Claude.ai daily to research prospects, personalize outreach at scale, and sharpen your messaging. Who we're looking for You have a proven track record in lead generation and outbound sales, and you're comfortable on the phone with professional audiences (medical, legal, real estate). You're fluent with Claude.ai and use AI as a real workflow tool, not a novelty. You're organized, self-directed, and want a long-term seat — not a short gig.
