Outbound Sales Partner. Building Sales Process for IT Company
Worldwide
The Problem We're Solving We are a Salesforce consulting and development company that runs its own outbound today. What We're Looking For A partner who takes over the full sales pipeline-building process: audit our sales process, ICP definition from scratch, lead generation, email and LinkedIn outreach, and delivery of warm leads that are genuinely ready for a conversation. Our definition of a warm lead: someone who works at a company matching our criteria, who genuinely wants our Salesforce services, and who wants to get on a call about it — not someone who just wants to learn something or get some information and then leave. Division of labor we expect: ● Vendor owns: lead sourcing, outbound (email + LinkedIn), qualification, meeting booking. ● We own: discovery calls, technical/project scoping, proposals, and closing negotiations. Requirements ● Real, demonstrable experience in IT/SaaS/Salesforce-adjacent B2B, not generic B2B lead generation. We're looking for diverse, hands-on experience in international markets, especially the US. ● A clear, specific definition of what counts as a "warm lead" — genuine interest and willingness to talk soon. ● Transparency: visibility into campaigns, replies, and how the ICP/segments were built, ideally through a shared dashboard or regular reporting. ● Real case studies, ideally with company names, not anonymized examples with vague results. ● A real team behind the account (SDR, researcher, project/strategy lead) rather than a single freelancer working alone, unless the freelancer model comes with a clear, explicit plan (e.g. a defined training/handover period). Infrastructure ● Our preference: outreach runs through the vendor's own infrastructure and accounts, not ours. ● Email: expect the vendor to own domains and mailboxes, warmed up and monitored on their side, with our main domain kept out of it entirely. ● LinkedIn: rent third-party accounts, or have the vendor's already warm accounts. What "Done" Looks Like ● A documented, validated ICP, ideally re-tested against real market response. ● An active, multichannel outbound engine running on the vendor's tools. With campaigns tested frequently and changed if necessary. ● A steady stream of warm leads delivered to us, each with: company name, contact name and title, communication history, the offer/angle used, the lead's expressed interest or need, and an agreed next step. ● Regular reporting: open rate, reply rate, positive reply rate, number of meaningful conversations, number of qualified meetings, and where in the funnel things are breaking down if targets are missed. ● All contact data, conversation history, and hypotheses generated during the engagement remain ours, in a form we can use, even if we later end the relationship. We're happy to share all the necessary information about our company with candidates on the calls. When you're sending us a proposal, please share your previous cases that we can check.
