Outreach Assistant

Neuronanny is looking for a warm, personable, and articulate Outreach Assistant for a short-term remote project focused on ABA clinics in the Denver, Colorado area. You’ll help with: * Making professional outreach calls using a provided script * Sending follow-up emails using provided templates * Tracking responses and follow-ups in a spreadsheet * Sending our digital referral packet when requested You do not need to build the outreach strategy. We provide the contact list, scripts, email templates, response guidelines, and tracking system. We’re looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, comfortable on the phone, and genuinely enjoys talking with people. Project Details * Remote * Denver, CO outreach * 20–25 hours total * 20–22 business-day project * $15–$18/hour * Must be willing to work through Upwork Strong performance may lead to ongoing, as-needed outreach assistant work as Neuronanny expands into additional markets.
