About Ummah Care Ummah Care is building a global platform that connects Muslims with trusted, faith-sensitive mental health and wellbeing support. Our directory will help individuals, families, masājid, schools and community organisations find suitable therapists, counsellors, coaches, wellbeing professionals and support services. We are looking for an organised, proactive and confident individual to help us grow our practitioner network and maintain a professional, accurate directory. What You’ll Be Doing Outreach and onboarding * Research suitable practitioners and organisations. * Contact therapists, counsellors, coaches and wellbeing professionals by email, telephone and LinkedIn. * Introduce Ummah Care and encourage suitable practitioners to join. * Follow up with prospective members and guide them through onboarding. * Build positive, professional relationships across the Muslim wellbeing sector. * Record outreach activity, responses and follow-ups in our CRM. Directory management * Create and update practitioner profiles. * Check that listings are accurate, complete and professionally presented. * Confirm qualifications, registration details and contact information where required. * Organise profiles by specialism, location, language and service type. * Review existing listings regularly and identify missing or outdated information. * Monitor new submissions to ensure they meet platform standards. Administration and reporting * Maintain clear and organised records. * Provide weekly updates on outreach, responses and onboarding. * Highlight any issues affecting directory quality. * Work with the leadership team to prioritise practitioners, organisations and locations. Who We’re Looking For You should have: * Excellent written and spoken English. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Confidence contacting professionals by telephone, email and LinkedIn. * Excellent organisation and attention to detail. * Experience using websites, spreadsheets, databases or CRM systems. * The ability to manage follow-ups and work independently. * A professional and respectful communication style. * A genuine interest in supporting Muslim communities. Experience in outreach, partnerships, recruitment, business development, directory management or administration would be particularly valuable. Familiarity with CMS or directory platforms such as Directify, Webflow, WordPress or similar systems is desirable but not essential. Knowledge of the Muslim community and the mental health or wellbeing sector would also be beneficial. How Success Will Be Measured * Number of relevant practitioners contacted. * Outreach response and onboarding conversion rates. * Number of completed practitioner profiles. * Accuracy and completeness of directory listings. * Consistency of follow-ups and CRM records. * Growth in practitioner and organisational partnerships.
