Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator for Physician-Led Health Education Organization

I am a board-certified internal medicine physician building Generational Health MD, a physician-led organization focused on improving health literacy through education, community outreach, speaking engagements, and digital media. I am looking for an organized, proactive Outreach & Partnerships Coordinator to help expand our community presence. This is not a sales role. This is a relationship-building role. The ideal candidate enjoys communicating with people, identifying opportunities, and representing a mission-driven organization professionally. Responsibilities Identify speaking opportunities Contact colleges and universities Reach out to pre-med organizations Contact Black student organizations Contact churches and faith organizations Contact community organizations Identify health fairs and conferences Identify podcast opportunities Build relationships with nonprofit organizations Track outreach in an organized CRM Schedule meetings and speaking engagements Follow up professionally with contacts Ideal Candidate Excellent written communication Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable sending outreach emails Comfortable making phone calls Experience with nonprofit, healthcare, education, or community outreach preferred Self-directed and proactive Tools Experience with any of the following is helpful: Google Workspace Notion Airtable HubSpot CRM systems LinkedIn Success Looks Like Success is measured by meaningful relationships created—not by cold call volume. The goal is to help Generational Health MD become a trusted educational resource within colleges, churches, community organizations, and healthcare partners. Initially, this role will focus on building outreach systems and securing speaking opportunities, with the potential to expand as the organization grows.
