Remote | Full-Time Contractor | Transportation Industry The Compass Circle is seeking an experienced Owner-Operator Acquisition Manager to build and scale our nationwide owner-operator recruiting operation. This is NOT a traditional HR recruiting position. This is a business development and recruiting leadership role responsible for building a predictable pipeline of qualified owner-operators for our transportation clients. Your success will directly impact company growth, customer fulfillment, and revenue. About Us The Compass Circle is a national transportation consulting company that helps entrepreneurs build and grow transportation businesses. As our company continues to expand, recruiting qualified owner-operators has become one of our highest priorities. We're looking for someone who can build this department from the ground up and create a scalable recruiting system. Responsibilities You will be responsible for creating and managing a nationwide owner-operator acquisition strategy, including: - Recruiting owner-operators nationwide - Building recruiting pipelines - Developing recruiting strategies - Creating recruiting campaigns - Building partnerships with: - CDL Schools - Truck Parking Facilities - Truck Stops - Repair Shops - Fleet Owners - Dispatch Companies - Industry Organizations - Creating referral programs - Managing the recruiting CRM - Tracking recruiting KPIs - Developing recruiting scripts - Creating follow-up systems - Managing recruiter performance as the department grows - Preparing weekly recruiting reports Our Goal Your mission is simple: Build a consistent pipeline of qualified owner-operators so our clients never experience delays due to driver shortages. First 30 Days Expected deliverables include: - Recruiting strategy - Recruiting playbook - CRM recruiting pipeline - Partnership outreach plan - Referral program - Recruiting scorecard - Weekly recruiting dashboard - Immediate action plan to reduce the current owner-operator backlog Ideal Experience We're looking for candidates with experience in: - Owner-Operator Recruiting - Transportation - Trucking - Logistics - CDL Driver Recruiting - Fleet Management Experience recruiting owner-operators nationwide is highly preferred. Required Skills - Fluent English - Excellent communication skills - Strong recruiting background - Transportation industry knowledge - CRM experience - KPI-driven mindset - Highly organized - Self-managed - Available during U.S. business hours Compensation Base Compensation: - $250–$400 per week (depending on experience) Performance Bonuses: Additional bonuses based on: - Qualified owner-operators recruited - Owner-operators successfully activated - Reduction of fulfillment backlog - Partnership development This role offers significant long-term growth opportunities as the recruiting department expands.
