PDF Editing - Flip floorplans Horizontaly or Vertically

I need a PDF editor to take PDF floorplans of houses and have them flipped vertically or horizontally depending on their current orientation. This is a simple PDF edit. architects and drafting is not an essential requirement. See attached files for samples. If a garage is on the right, the image needs to be flipped to the left. If the garage is down, the image needs to be flipped so that the garage is on top. This is a simple flip vertical or flip horizontal in the Adobe PDF editor. You select the area and simply choose the right requirement. Each PDF needs to be saved as a mirror image. I am going to give you access to our software to download each floorplan. you will mirror reverse the plan then re-upload into our software. There may be 60 -80 PDF documents to mirror reverse.
