Looking for a PHP developer to maintain an existing real estate listing website. Key Responsibilities: Audit and maintain existing PHP code and MySQL database. Automate property listing data updates via vendor REST/SOAP APIs (set up Cron Jobs for alternate-day syncing). Monitor sync logs and fix broken API data feeds or mapping issues. Handle routine server maintenance, security updates, and bug fixes.
