PMO & Operations Manager – IT Projects

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time PMO & Operations Manager to oversee multiple IT projects. The primary objective is to give company leadership clear visibility into who is working on what, deadlines, deliverables, blockers, and overall project performance. Responsibilities: -Oversee multiple IT projects and workstreams. -Manage Jira boards, tasks, deadlines, and dashboards. -Ensure every team member has clear assignments and priorities. Follow up on overdue and blocked tasks. Hold project/team leads accountable for deliverables. -Identify project risks and productivity issues. -Conduct short status meetings when necessary. -Provide a concise weekly executive status report to the President. -Recommend ways to improve team productivity and accountability. Requirements: -Senior Project/Program/PMO management experience. -Strong hands-on Jira experience. -Experience managing multiple IT projects and remote teams. -Excellent organization and executive reporting skills. -U.S. government contracting experience is a plus. Commitment: Approximately 10 hours per week.
