POC Watermark Software Functionality for WordPress and Moodle Environments. # TASK OBJECTIVE The watermark software shall deliver a Proof of Concept (POC) demonstrating core dynamic watermarking capabilities across a heterogeneous environment composed of Moodle, WordPress with the Divi theme, and a data warehouse (Metabase, Echter, and WPTables). A. It is open to decision: a Plugin for each environment or dedicated software across platforms. B. The system must support role-based access control (RBAC), user-specific output, multi-format output, and diverse data source integration. C. It is expected elemental functionalities: elemental user-cases will be provided when collaboration is agreed upon. D. POC expects to demonstrate critical functionalities: specific user stories will be provided when collaboration is agreed upon. E. Architecture design and implementation strategies will be discussed when collaboration is agreed upon. # SKILLS NEEDED Essentials: - Frontend programing (WP & MDL) - Moodle-specific and WordPress-specific and Divi theme integration skills - Database and installation - English professional level Recommended: Security, Frontend development, Moodle coding, Development tools, Debugging skills, API integration, Performance # TASK DESCRIPTION ## Task 1: Understanding the plugin functionality: 1.1 Review the user stories and all provided information and clarify the information to ensure it is understood and has been read thoroughly. Developer option for a clarification meeting 1.2 Analyze the requirements and functionalities proposed. 1.3 Architecture decision of the software. Present it by writing. 1.4 Identify potential challenges and propose solution design strategies. Present it in writing. Mandatory recorded meeting where developer presents recommendation 1.5 Technical approach for implementation. Present it in writing. Mandatory recorded meeting where developer presents a recommendation. 1.6 Specify any dependencies or integrations required. Present it in writing. Mandatory recorded meeting where developer presents a recommendation. ### Milestone 1: All documents and meeting(s) referred to in Task 1 are provided and approved. ## Task 2: Plugin technical specification documentation 2.1 Provide a detailed document (present it in writing) description including 2.1.1 Plugin name and purpose 2.1.2 Technical specifications 2.1.3 Technical development step-by-step 2.1.4 Technical testing step-by-step 2.1.5 Estimated time for each phase 2.1.6 Potential challenges and mitigation strategies. 2.1.7 Integration points with Moodle, WP/Divi, and datawarehouse, and other plugins (if applicable) ### Milestone 2: All documents referred to in T2 are provided and approved. ## Task 3: Plugin install and settings documentation 3.1 Plugin installation instructions procedure 3.2 plugin configurations and settings manual for administration 3.3 Settings manual per user 3.4 Plugin integration notes ### Milestone 3: All documents referred to in T3 are provided and approved. # DELIVERIES (D) & VERIFICATIONS (V). ## Milestone 1 1. D: Recorded meeting with Developer recommendations. V: Recommendations from the meeting are clearly presented and sufficiently understood. 2. D: Architecture decision of the software. Present it in wiring. V: Architecture meets the task’s objectives. 3. D: Identify potential challenges and propose solution strategies. Present it in writing. V: Strategic solutions meet the task’s objectives. 4. D: Technical approach for implementation. Present it in writing. V: Implementation approach meets expected requirements. 5. D: Specify any dependencies or integrations required. Present it in writing. V: Specifications and integrations meet expected requirements. ## Milestone 2 1. D: Provide a detailed document (present it in writing) description, including: Plugin name and purpose, technical specifications, technical development step by step, technical testing step by step, Estimated time for each phase, potential challenges and mitigation strategies, and integration points with Moodle, WP/Divi, and datawarehouse, and other plugins (if applicable). V: Provided documentation meets all defined requirements and agreed user stories. ## Milestone 3 1. D: Plugin installation instructions procedure. V: Installation instructions are clear, accurate, and ready for deployment. 2. D: Plugin configurations and settings manual for administration. V: Configurations and settings manual is complete and effective. 3. D: User manual for each user. V: User manuals are complete and effective. 4. D: Plugin integration notes. V: Plugin integration notes are complete and technically sound. # CONSTRAINS AND HARD REQUIREMENTS C1: Client owns all rights, now and in future, for plugin. Developer cannot reuse, mark, or publish created code. C2: Developer cannot expect unlimited access to destination system. C3: Developer cannot start Task 2 before Milestone 1 has been achieved, approved, and continuity agreed upon, and so on. C4: We hold the right to end the collaboration after the achievement of any milestone without justification needed. C5: Agreed documentation must be provided in English in an agreed format. C6: Writing (all) user manuals must be provided in English in a text file. C7: Task deliverables must comply with all provided user cases and user stories, unless otherwise agreed. C8: Functionality of the deliveries must be tested beforehand by Developer. C9: No tested deliveries from Developer can result in economic penalties. C10: Delays in agreed-date deliveries can result in economic penalties. C11: Payment will link with APPROVED milestones. C12: Payment will be made after deliveries’ verification and testing by Client. C13: Payment will be linked to the successful deliveries' verification and testing by Client. # TIMEFRAME ## Task1 Understanding the plugin functionality - 5 days from agreed date (same time for Client verification). ## Task2: Plugin technical specification documentation - 7 days from agreed date (same time for Client verification). ## Task3: Plugin install and settings documentation - 7 days from agreed date (same time for Client verification). # BUDGET ## Milestone 1 delivered on time and verified: $100 ## Milestone 2 delivered on time and verified: $100 ## Milestone 3 delivered on time and verified: $100
