PPC Agency Needed for Fitness Equipment Company
Worldwide
We are looking for an experienced performance-marketing agency to manage and improve paid advertising for an established fitness equipment company. The ideal agency should also be capable of managing email and SMS marketing, although PPC will be the primary focus of the initial engagement. About our company We sell new and used fitness equipment, flooring, accessories, and complete gym packages. We also provide delivery, installation, preventive maintenance, equipment repair, gym extraction, and related services. Our customers include: * Commercial gyms and personal-training studios * Fire, police, EMS, and municipal departments * Schools, universities, and recreation facilities * Multifamily communities * Corporate fitness facilities * Home-gym customers We have a combination of ecommerce transactions, phone inquiries, quote requests, local service leads, and longer-cycle commercial projects. We need an agency that understands how to measure and optimize across these different customer journeys. Initial scope: PPC and paid acquisition The selected agency will be expected to: * Audit our existing advertising accounts, analytics, conversion tracking, landing pages, and attribution * Develop a channel and campaign strategy based on profitability—not merely traffic or lead volume * Manage and optimize Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, remarketing, and other appropriate campaign types * Build campaigns around relevant product categories, services, geographic markets, and customer types * Improve product-feed quality and Merchant Center performance * Establish reliable tracking for ecommerce orders, calls, quote requests, forms, and other qualified leads * Integrate advertising data with Shopify, GA4, Google Tag Manager, our CRM, and call-tracking systems as appropriate * Provide clear reporting on spend, revenue, qualified leads, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and estimated pipeline * Meet with our team monthly and provide specific recommendations—not just automated reports SEPARATELY: We are also interested in an agency that can potentially manage email and SMS marketing. This may include: * Auditing our current lists, technology, tracking, consent practices, and deliverability * Developing segmentation for residential customers, commercial buyers, service customers, previous purchasers, and leads * Building or improving automated flows, including welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, lead nurturing, win-back, service reminders, and replenishment where applicable * Planning promotional and educational campaigns * Writing copy and coordinating creative * Managing list health, deliverability, opt-outs, and applicable compliance requirements * Connecting email and SMS performance with our paid-advertising and CRM data * Reporting on incremental revenue rather than simply attributing every purchase to the last email or text received We are open to one agency handling all three channels, but we do not expect one individual to be the expert in every discipline. If your agency proposes PPC, email, and SMS management, identify the specific team member responsible for each area. Required qualifications * Demonstrable PPC results for ecommerce, high-ticket products, local services, or B2B lead generation * Strong experience with Google Ads, Merchant Center, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Shopify * Experience measuring both online purchases and offline sales * Ability to distinguish qualified commercial opportunities from low-value or irrelevant leads * Transparent reporting and account access * No undisclosed outsourcing * Willingness to work within accounts owned by our company * Ability to explain strategy and results in plain language Fitness, sporting-goods, commercial-equipment, home-improvement, industrial, or other high-ticket product experience is preferred but not mandatory. Please include the following in your proposal 1. Identify the team members who would work on our account and explain each person’s responsibilities. 2. Provide two or three relevant case studies. Include starting conditions, advertising spend, work performed, timeframe, and measurable results. 3. Describe your experience tracking purchases, phone calls, quote requests, offline sales, and long B2B sales cycles. 4. Explain how you would structure campaigns for ecommerce products, local services, and commercial gym projects. 5. Describe your Google Merchant Center and product-feed experience. 6. Explain whether email and SMS work is performed by dedicated specialists. 7. Identify the email, SMS, CRM, analytics, reporting, and call-tracking platforms you typically use. 8. Describe what you would evaluate during the first 30 days. 9. Provide separate pricing for: * Initial audit and tracking work * PPC management * Email marketing * SMS marketing * Creative or landing-page work 10. Disclose any percentage-of-spend fees, minimum contracts, software charges, setup costs, or work that would be outsourced. To confirm that you read this posting, begin your response with the phrase “Fitness Growth” and briefly identify the biggest tracking challenge you would expect for a company that generates both Shopify purchases and offline commercial sales. Engagement structure We prefer to begin with a paid audit and initial strategy project. If the audit and working relationship are successful, this can become an ongoing monthly engagement. All advertising accounts, pixels, audiences, creative assets, analytics properties, product feeds, landing pages, and marketing data created during the engagement must remain owned and accessible by our company.
