Summary

We are looking for an experienced PPC Ad Manager to set up new ad accounts AND manage our client ad accounts across Facebook and Google, check metrics once per week, and optimize the ads as necessary. In an effort to continue to scale our agency, we’ve put together a win-win model where you, the account manager, benefit when ad campaigns are successful or expand to additional campaigns or services. You won’t need to sell more ad packages or communicate with clients on a weekly basis. We have a customer success team that will do 95% of the communication. We will handle: Sales Billing Most Client support and communication You will handle: One-time Setup - You’ll be paid a flat rate fee for each account/platform setup. Weekly - You’ll be paid a separate flat rate for each account under your management. We currently have 8 paid accounts across Facebook and Google so you’d step into recurring payments immediately. Scope of Work: Setup Tasks Facebook - Graphics, Ad Copy, Ad Setup, Instant Form Google - Follow our process to generate a web page and page copy with AI, insert a form. Include Conversion Tracking - Form Tracking, Call Tracking, Facebook Pixel Weekly/Monthly Task Weekly Internal Performance Report - Enter in weekly (Impressions, Clicks, Conversions - increase or decrease), optimization score, recommendations for improvement. We’ll review this once per week to ensure ads are performing. Client Facing Report - 1x per month Generate a performance report for the customer 1 week before their billing cycle. Our customer success team will send these to customers so you don’t have to. As Needed tasks: Account/Ad Optimization (as needed) - If you notice a decline in the leads, you’ll need to optimize the ads. Fixing Escalations, Rejections, and Disables (as needed) - Discuss & fix ads if platform rejects or disables as they occur. Internal Weekly call (as needed) - Should there be a complicated issue, we may need you on an internal call to discuss with our client success in order to resolve customer issues and escalations. Aid in client calls (as needed) - Occasionally the client might want to speak about the metrics. Our customer success person would lead the call but you might need to listen in to answer any technical or metric-specific questions. You can spend your time implementing ad strategies and not selling more ads or managing every day client communication.
