Packaging & Brand Designer — Premium Refrigerated Food Bar (CPG)

I'm launching a premium refrigerated food bar and I'm looking for a designer to develop the visual identity and packaging from the ground up. I've done exploratory work and have a point of view on the brand — what it stands for, who it's for, how it should feel — but I'm genuinely open on execution. Typography, color, layout, structure, the wordmark itself: I want a designer's thinking, not an executor of mine. If your instinct is that my explorations are heading the wrong way, I want to hear that. I have mock ups ready, but I want to see fresh ideas. About the product: a small-format refrigerated bar built on three unusual, single-sourced ingredients. Premium positioning — this sits closer to fine chocolate or a considered design object than to a gym bar. Not a mass market product. Scope: Wordmark / logotype development Visual identity: typography, color, and the rules that hold it together Front and back panel design for a flow-wrapped bar Layout of regulatory elements — nutrition panel, ingredient statement, allergen declaration, net weight A system that extends cleanly to future flavors Print-ready artwork to the printer's dieline, with correct bleeds, color specs, and file formats Ideal background: A portfolio with real CPG food or beverage packaging that shipped, not concept work Genuine range in typography and identity, not just layout execution Experience with flexible film and flow-wrap printing and its constraints Comfortable with FDA food label layout requirements Willing to disagree with a client's direction and explain why Engagement: Starting with a paid discovery call to discuss the brand and scope the work.
