Packaging Designer Needed – Foodservice & PPE Product Packaging System

Project Overview We are seeking an experienced packaging designer to create a clean, modern, and consistent packaging system across several disposable product categories. We already have reference artwork and packaging examples available. The objective is not to create an entirely new brand identity, but rather to develop a cohesive packaging family that can be applied across multiple products and SKUs while maintaining a professional, premium appearance. This is a fast-moving project with potential for ongoing work as additional products are added to the portfolio. Products Included The initial project includes: Black Nitrile Gloves Portion Cups (Clear & Black) Black Base / Clear Lid Takeout Containers Disposable Cutlery (Medium Weight & Heavy Weight) Additional product categories may be added in future projects. Design Direction We are looking for packaging that is: Clean Modern Minimalist Professional Easy to identify in warehouse and customer environments Consistent across all product categories Preferred characteristics: White or light backgrounds Strong typography Limited color palette Clear product identification Professional iconography Premium appearance without excessive graphics Reference artwork will be provided and should serve as inspiration for the overall design system. Scope of Work Retail / Inner Packaging Design artwork for retail-facing packaging, including: Front panels Back panels Side panels Product category variations Master Cartons / Outer Shipping Boxes Design artwork for corrugated shipping cartons, including: Consistent branding Product identification Warehouse-friendly labeling Carton markings and product information The goal is to create a packaging system that can be easily expanded as new products are introduced. What We Will Provide Logo files Product specifications Packaging dimensions and dielines Existing packaging examples and reference artwork Product photos where available Deliverables Affinity Designer preferred. Adobe Illustrator is acceptable, but preference will be given to designers who can provide editable Affinity Designer (.afdesign) source files. Required deliverables: .afdesign (preferred) or .ai source files Print-ready PDFs Editable vector artwork Organized project files Please indicate which software you use when applying. Timeline This project has an aggressive schedule. The selected designer should be available to start immediately and complete the initial packaging system for all listed product categories within approximately one week, including reasonable revisions.
